The Clinch River Days Festival annual photography contest is now open for entries. The fee is only $5.00 per piece.
All entries must be submitted by Monday, May 29, and may be dropped off at C.R. Pate & Co. at 16612 Broad Street in St. Paul, Va.
Prizes will be awarded at the Thursday night reception that takes place at the St. Paul Railroad Museum on June 1 at 6:00 p.m.
First place winners will receive cash prizes plus Proficient or Amateur ribbons. Second and third place winners will receive Proficient and Amateur ribbons.
The categories include the following: Best in Show ($100); Landscape ($25); Flora/Fauna – Peyton Gregory Memorial ($50); Culture ($25); Adventure ($25); and Black and White – Peyton Russo Memorial ($50).
